GREATLAKES/MIDWEST M-O YEAR END

Postby jim » Mon Oct 05, 2015 4:53 pm

JUST WANTED TO SAY THANKS TO EVERYONE AT M-O WHO HELPED WITH PARTS,LABOR AND TOOLS TO KEEP THE FIREBIRD RUNNING THIS PAST WEEKEND ON MY FIRST RACE OF THE YEAR. LAST THING I WOULD DREAM OF WAS TO CHANGE REAR GEARS IN THE CAR. GO FIGURE, THE ONLY THING YOU DO NOT LOOK AT, BREAKS. IT SURE MADE THE WEEKEND AS WET AS IT WAS WORTH WHILE. THANKS JOHN, DEREK, BOB AND KENT. P.S. JOHN, YOUR PLAN WORKED. 3.42 SUCK, NEXT TIME BREAK OUT THE 3.73 :D

Nice racing with you Jim, glad to see you were able to make it out.

Thanks to the mid atlantic guys for making the trip up. The weather wasn't the greatest, but the racing was great.

Hope everyone had a good time.

Muhahaha Jim, my evil plan is all coming together. :)

Glad the 3.42's worked for you; I think I might have a set of 2.56's for you next.

Maybe shaved Ra-1's aren't the best rain tire....who knew?
Kept it on track for my 2nd session ever at Mid-O ....
