jrummi...all other things being equal (which they arent) then weight/horsepower ratio is the name of the game. I have a 93 Camaro that weighs in at 3400lbs with a 200lb driver. There's probably another 30 lbs that could come off the car (and another 30lbs that could come off the driver) without goin...

One more thing...how late can you go back into the track? I mean, the people that camp out there...do they lock the gates, are they unlocked all night? What if you want to split to get some food etc, how late can you get back in?

How does the test session work...is everyone assigned to a group like a Nasa event, or is the track open and they just control the number of cars on the track? How much track time can one expect during a test day like this?

I can't say thanks enough to all of you that were there this weekend. I had an absolute blast, and even managed to learn a lot in the process. Things like don't try to stay outside of Frank in 7 'cause he's NOT staing inside! Again, thanks for everyone's advice and support.

For those that dont own a transponder, wouldnt it make more sense to buy it from MLB directly? Their site says they'll ship the hard wired transponer for $269 including shipping. Is there a good reason why not to go this route?

Bud, I think if theirs are that wide it must have something to do with the windshield material they're using. I'm going to stick with something more like 1" wide.

Maybe we should tally rookie points and crown a rookie of the year at the end??

1" wide, 1/8" aluminum, length around 4, maybe 5". The bottom needs to be longer since usually the windshield sits on top of the sheet metal and you need to put in a Z bend. You certainly don't need a plasma cutter to do this though! I need to cut out some restrictor plates for this 5.7, and since I...

oops...that's camaro wheels wanted

I'm correcting a prior post to eliminate confusion...I'm looking for wheels that will work on my Camaro, don't really care about the style. I'm also still looking for a supplier of Toyos in the Concord/SF Bay area. Thanks
