On my 95 we have been using 275/40/17 and we have spacers on the back to push the wheels out 1/2"each side.

The 2000 and the 95 should be close to the same.

I still have the stock GT rear calipers and no adjustments for the rear yet. So far I have played around with different pads to get what I want which is not the most cost efficient way to do it. Stock pads work the best – less bite no lock up so far. The Hank HP was too much without any adjustment...

October issue of NASA Speed News

Just read some great articles related to CMC and the Atlanta races. CMC has two; one for the Atlanta Eastern States Championship and the other by Bob Denton for the Great Lakes Region. Hope when you have some time you will post videos of the race. Was not able to attend but plan on it next year. htt...

If we removed the OD size reference from the rule the size would not be an issue.

I am not in favor of having an adjustable sway bars, that is the one reason I only have a single adjustable shock I would be out there attempting to make changes all the time and not working on my driving. Glen - based on what I am finding the GM cars have a lot of options for aftermarket sway bars ...

Rules Change Requests I plan to submit this as a RCR and would like to get your input so we can keep it simple. If you read the post you will see I have collected some details related to Mustang but have little related to the GM cars. I would like this to be worded so it would easily apply to both t...

Please do not count me out just yet. Have not been to the track this year and greatly miss all of you and running with the group. As you know I have never been able to keep up with the other cars whether it is a Ford or GM car. I am still working out issues with the car as well as with the driver. B...

I have a 95 and would love to have a good safe place to jack the car up when at the track. A lot of the time we are not on a hard surface and it is hard to get the jack under the car where it will support the car, this would greatly help.

$1000 for a TA sounds a little high. MM had one of their kits for just under $400 this winter, I know they are higher now but I would think you could still get it for a lot less than $1000 installed.

blk96gt - seeing your pictures I am going to take another look at my set up. I was looking more for cracks in the metal where it is spot-welded and them around the area of the body where the lower control arms bolt in.
